What to expect.
We’re starting with a small group on purpose. Early pilot partners will get hands-on setup from our team, simple guidance on uploading invoices via photo or PDF, and direct support as they begin using Heard Ops in a real restaurant workflow.
In return, we’re looking for candid feedback on accuracy, ease of use, and areas for improvement. The goal of this first group is not scale for the sake of scale—it’s to make Heard Ops more reliable, more useful, and more natural in the way restaurants already work.
Because this is an early pilot, we’re staying close to the onboarding process. We want the upload process to feel quick, phone-first, and easy to repeat in the few seconds operators already have when an order comes in.
