Chef Liz Huff
Co-Founder & CEOLiz Huff has spent more than 25 years running a restaurant and managing purchasing firsthand. As chef/owner of Catalpa, she has lived the day-to-day reality of tight margins, shifting prices, and limited visibility into one of the biggest costs in the building. Heard Ops began with that experience and her belief that independent restaurants deserve a clearer view of what they’re paying.
Jared Fullwiler
Co-Founder, CPO & CTOJared has worked in restaurant tech since 2018, beginning with Zenu, a QR code menu app later acquired by Bite Ninja and then Voicify. He brings years of experience working with restaurant owners, operators, POS systems, and vendor integrations. At Heard Ops, he leads product and technology development.
Z.A. Hedrick
Co-Founder & COOZach Hedrick focuses on operations, positioning, and helping bring Heard Ops to the restaurant operators who need it most. He brings experience across business operations, strategy, and execution, helping turn a lived restaurant problem into a practical product for real-world use.
Andrea Pope
Co-Founder & CIOAndrea Pope brings more than 25 years of experience across supply chain, pricing, analytics, and enterprise data systems. She specializes in turning fragmented operational and invoice data into actionable intelligence through data architecture, AI, and scalable system design. At Heard Ops, she helps shape the company’s pricing and intelligence foundation.
Matt McAdoo, Esq.
General CounselMr. McAdoo is an attorney with experience across business, regulatory, litigation, real estate, and government affairs matters. He earned his J.D. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and is admitted in Tennessee and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. His background in both legal practice and organizational leadership brings a steady, practical perspective to complex matters.
